This week we received tomatoes, cucumbers, green beans, scallions and arugula.
CSA 2021, Week 20
The Elysian Fields Farm CSA is back in action after their August break. This week we received tomatoes and peppers, fairy tale eggplant, red onions and a nice butternut squash.
CSA 2021, Week 19
Raw ratatouille! Japanese eggplant, zucchini, sweet peppers and a double sized batch of tomatoes.
CSA 2021, Week 18
Pepper season has begun! This week our CSA share includes Japanese eggplant, zucchini, zephyr squash, arugula, sun gold tomatoes and a mix of sweet peppers.
CSA 2021, Week 17
Four of the five items in this week’s CSA delivery are new this year. Blueberries, potatoes, komatsuna and sungold cherry tomatoes. We also received some pretty Japanese eggplant.
CSA 2021, Week 14
This week’s CSA delivery is pure summer: tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant and summer squash.
CSA 2021, Week 13
By the calendar, summer is officially here. Tomatoes, cucumbers and shishito peppers are summer staples. We also got some red onions and purple carrots.
CSA 2021, Week 12
Look at that tomato in the center, one pound two ounces of heirloom goodness! Also a bunch of mixed beets, a bunch of purple carrots, four nice sized zucchini and a bag of green beans.
CSA 2021, Week 11
According to the calendar, summer begins in a couple of weeks. But I say it just started as we received our first heirloom tomatoes of the year! We also got some summer squash, purple carrots, red beets and a nice head of lettuce.
CSA 2021, Week 10
Here we are with week 10 of the Elysian Fields Farm CSA. Look at the gorgeous cauliflower in the center of the photo! Also, beets with greens, carrots with tops and (summer’s around the corner) zucchini!

This week’s Elysian Fields Farm CSA score included Beets with their greens, sugar snap peas, spinach, cabbage and fennel bulbs including the fronds.

Week 8 of the Elysian Fields Farm CSA brought me broccoli, celery, radishes, sugar snap peas, spinach and arugula.
